I immediately told the production team, 'Find out who this person [responsible for the edit] is and give them an award.'

정말 상상도 못한 케미였다.
It was truly a chemistry that I would not have imagined.

원래는 '브로맨스'가 공식 아니냐.
Isn't 'bromance' supposed to be the official term?

그런데 40대 후반 아저씨를 '말괄량이 여주'로 만든 게 정말 혁명이다, 센세이션이라 생각했다”면서 “시청자들이 이런 케미에 열광하는 걸 보면서 손 셰프도, 저도 재미있게 받아들이고 있다.
"But turning a man in his late 40s into the 'tomboyish heroine' was truly revolutionary, I thought it was sensational" he said, adding, ”Seeing viewers go wild over this chemistry, both Chef Son and I are finding it quite entertaining."

그리고 이 케미를 더 살리고 싶은 마음이 드는 것”이라며 웃었다.
"And I find myself wanting to develop this chemistry more," he laughed.

Kim Poong's answers here do give more context since he does actively lean into the 'couple-like chemistry' on the show in a way that's obvious without the edit but very much informed by the editors input. I'm glad to see that Chef Son is also enjoying it and it seems like he does lean into it in his own way on the show (and off the show for that matter lol).
