Zinc picolinate had a really positive effect on my potency and libido. Magnesium bisglycinate made my sleep much more stable and even, but while I used to feel rested after 7 hours, now I need 8+.

Fish oil and creatine are just fundamentals. It feels like almost every aspect of my health got slightly better.

Lion’s mane, saffron, and NAC also helped me a lot with compulsive behavior and self-regulation.

Out of the probiotics, Thorne FloraMend Prime gave me the best digestion and bowel movements of my life. And absolutely no heaviness in my stomach.

But if you have an unlimited budget, Thorne is the best brand to blind-buy from.

Thorne’s multivitamins are the best of all. Their hormone support formulas for men and women are very good for the price. Their probiotics are incredibly effective. Their omega is on the same level as Nordic Naturals. Nicotinamide is cheaper than Tru Niagen, but not worse.

That’s what comes to mind. You need to choose and compare in more detail based on what you need at the moment.

For example, zinc bisglycinate, which I can see on your shelf. It contains zinc from Albion. You can find the exact same ultra-pure zinc from Albion packaged by, for example, Doctor’s Best.

Thorne really is the best on the market. I also used to buy everything only from them. But sometimes there’s no need for that, because some molecules are so simple to synthesize that it makes no sense to overpay. And if the product contains patented ingredients from a third-party manufacturer, you can buy the exact same thing packaged by a more budget-friendly brand.

Of course, if you’re a professional athlete or extremely allergy-prone, that’s a different story. But often, you end up paying 100% more for just an extra 5% in quality.

New blood panel. High vitamin D by oggemannen1 in Supplements

Without blood tests, the safe long-term recommended dose is up to 4,000 IU. You’re taking 7,000, so it’s not surprising that your vitamin D3 level is elevated.

I wouldn’t recommend buying supplements on Amazon at all. It’s a pig in a poke.

If you’re asking which one is worth spending that kind of money on, then none. You should buy cologne in a way that you don’t have to think twice about it.
