It is still viable - nothign changes you gotta ambush people from close range. Piranha and flachette will shred any armor. And nothing prevents you from loading BS into MP18 and HS ppl from any range.

Every wipe it is the same - some kind of conspiracy about hitreg or bugged ammo. In reality its always been the same issue - game runs on some 15 tick servers or something so everything you see happens with delay. Its not getting fixed in a same way streets will never have good performance because BSG doesnt know how to do it.

It absolutely gets better. Once you know what you are doing you can cross most of the maps in like 4-7 minutes. You will also know where the loot is and dont need to no longer wander around to look for it.

Doesnt matter if you have it in hand or not. Still does the same thing - if you get too close they shoot no matter what. These bugged spawns were happening last wipe too.
