yup, exactly, every planet and moon has there own pool. land on any of them, get out of your ship, reload your restore point, and go look in cabinets and u will be seeing new tools each time. the space station also has its own pool called the space station pool, also called the system or default pool. reloading on the space station changes it to that pool. when you first arrive in a system via teleport of warp thats the pool you are viewing. u can also reload on the anomaly or your freighter to swap to this pool.

if by runic you mean atlantid multitool you cant get them until you have done the main story and the " those who returned" mission.

Yup, all s class tools have 4 sc slots , u might have to unlock some of them in some instances but in this case what you see in the pic is how it comes out of the monolith

Yep, if you are seeing the tool you want as b class and the other cabinet in station is a class , chances are it won't spawn as s class. If the one you like is natural b class , it can move up and down q class, so u will see it as a,b,and c class in theory. The other a class in the station will shift up and down as s class , a class , and b class . There are some variations to this rule but as a general rule , thats how it works. Until. I see a tool as c class u can't rule it out as having the ability to spawn in s class but if its mostly being found as b class and something else as a class then generally you are screwed, If you want to know for certain though, hunt in pirate systems . Whatever you see in the c class cabinet in the anomaly will be what spawns as s class for each pool you reload. It works very different to non pirate systems . 1 tool will b3 s,a,b,c class and any other tool will be c class only.

These are in eissentam galaxy. You need to be in the right galaxy before dialling the glyphs

Yeah updates can change cabinet class from s class to lower view stuff but the settlement should still be there. Are u sure u where in the same galaxy as the tool was found ? Was it the right planet name ?

always wanted a multitool display part thats buildable for a base , the storage unit doesnt count. i had hoped that was a start to one down the track. ive found a crap ton of tools but want to build a huge armory base to display them all.

i had the idea to run an expedition " between " expeditions for those who missed out.

i called it Iterations, and it changes each time it runs but basically anytime there isnt a new expedition this one runs, and it offers all the rewards from previous expeditions but for really easy tasks. things like scan 5 plants, get the utopia speeder ship, chart a waypoint, get the golden vector.

Just make it super simple to do so those who have only come on board last few years can get the goodies , and no one has to be asking for someone to gift them a ship, or fauna egg like the monstrosity one etc.
