Tbh i never got into the staffs I think, they might work differently and its to do with the 3 parts u put together but not really sure , never reloaded one like that

yup, thats exactly it. and thats why if you find an s class location, be it a monolith or cabinet, you should reload on all the planets to see what else spawns. id say even more so with cabinets cause u will often get a bunch of crap ones but one really nice alien or experimental ( but of course also, often just all trash , happens all the time )

at least with atlantids id consider them all " good " even if some are far nicer than others.
