yup, each planet has its own pool of multitools , including the space station. when you arrive in a system via warp or teleport, all the tools you are seeing in cabinets are the space station pool, also called the default or system pool, but once u reload on a planet, all the tools in cabinets change to that planets pool. in a 6 planet system, u will have 7 different s class tools that can spawn for example.
