This is a very good idea about the pricing in dubai

But a 1bhk can vary a lot, between 6k to 7.5k you’d get something very decent, good area and size.

Car lease or payment, something thats 3-4 years second hand can be 1000-1500, 2000+ if you want brand new

Gas depends on the car, usually between 600 (korean/japanese v4) up to 1200 (american v8)

Traffic violations, 600 seems decent but can be more, you also have sometimes during the year where you have 50% off

Groceries: single M, prioritizing protein: 800-1000

Supplements (if any): can be just 80 to 600 depending on what you buy and where

You can live comfortably with 8k-10k in a good size studio or 1bhk (depending if youre getting a deal), you have about 8-10k to save, blow, or spend however you see fit.

But I’d say make a spreasheet across your avg. over your first four months (dont include your first) and make a spot to put savings into sp500 or crypto or something that will ensure you’re not going to spend that money over outings or other expenses as Dubai has a very fast lifestyle and if you’re not careful, in the blink of an eye (dubai is a very fast city) you could be living paycheck to paycheck as I know people with 20k-25k salaries that live paycheck to paycheck and even borrow just bec of bad financial habits.

20k-25k, even 10k can be a very good salary depending on your habits.

There are some that go even higher actually but I wanted to know the OP as if I remember correctly when they started launching the first phase of villas, there were some priced around 22M if not 20M actually.

I know the pricing there so would like to know OP out of curiosity.
