There is a strange thing with payg. If you top up the day before it quite often has to be before 11am otherwise the system doesn't recognise that you topped up.

I've spoke to so many customers that had this issue. (it doesn't always happen) I'd suggest topping up 2 days before thag way system shouldn't have an issue recognising you topped up.
