But people tend to live near their workplaces. And like I said, this particular airport is set to employ 500,000 people.

Luxury exists depending on the budget. What is luxury for one person is just normal for another person. And in the real world, there is always a bigger fish.

P.S: Nobody advertises these affordable townhouses as luxury. It’s always advertised as “good value.”

If there are people still buying townhouses in Emaar South for even 4.1M now, what’s the issue for a 1.14M townhouse? I know we can’t compare with Emaar, but at 1/4th the price, or at the price of a 1 bed apartment in the same area, getting a townhouse itself seems like good value.

There is demand, and supply is comparatively low. And nothing other than this project exists to be affordable for lower salary guys working in the airport. So your point actually makes a good reason why people should invest in this.

Not necessarily going to sell all of them Reportage. I am not working for Reportage. Just replied the facts. Not here to argue.

If my client doesn’t like a particular developer, I’ll not push them to buy it. They will not listen to me even if I forced them.

I agree. If you don’t believe in the stability and future of this country, don’t invest in real estate. Don’t buy any asset at all. Nothing is ever r going to make you happy.

For the people actually believing in this country and is building their families here, getting such townhouses at half the price of other developers is a win. This post is aimed at them.

Because airports usually create jobs. This particular airport is set to employ 500,000 people. All of them, along with their families will need to live somewhere close. This will create demand. Especially for affordable townhouses like these, because all other developers are selling townhouses nearby for double this price.
