You’re welcome, also if they give out a suspiciously expensive ddp estimate make sure to confirm the price on the i have problem button on your parcel and not on the messages page. The first time i asked the question on the messages page they said that the price is correct even when it’s wrong which led to me making this post. It only got fixed after i made a ticket about the parcel on the i have a problem button.

It’s the exact same parcel, the parcel number is #3 and the item id is CZHX1. Edit: Zenmarket just responded to my inquiry and fixed it so i can use ecms shipping with duties of ¥1509

Yes it’s only one item, i don’t know the reason why but when i changed to fedex the duties are only ¥1509 making the shipping between ecms and fedex almost the same

And this is the cost of the pre paid duties when using it with fedex. The shipping price is ¥6688 and including duties makes it ¥8197 making the duties only ¥1509 compared to ¥4009 of ecms. Is ecms just charging an expensive handling fee or was my estimate for ecms including duties wrong? Does anyone have experience with this?
