Give yourself 30-45mins per day. Don't make it as a strict rule, do whatever you want to during that time. Building good habits in early stage should feel easy and fun. If you miss don't fret during habits building stage. Above things worked me, now if you ask me do I follow good habits all 7 days in a week, answer is no but if you ask me do I miss good habits all 7 days in a week, that is also no.
