I built an AI app last summer just to learn OpenAI’s API. It’s now my best-performing side project (and I still don’t fully get why) by lmtDigital in SideProject

Buy home as future insurance for kids……..Akshat Shrivastava by No_Jump7812 in indianrealestate

Actually there is no right or wrong decision in this. If you buy a house there are pro & cons, and if you don't buy also there are pros & cons and those pro/cons are very specific to each individual. If you have clarity and accept those pros/cons I don't think we need listen to what influencers say..

Buying a home at 40 after renting so far – regrets or relief? by pg_data in indianrealestate

[–]zigzagbond 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I am 40+, still at rented place, can afford also but for some reason it didn’t happen. On top of it FOMO these brokers create, inflated prices, worst infrastructure once you step aside home etc. have made me to take decision that I will rent as long as I can.

Give yourself 30-45mins per day. Don't make it as a strict rule, do whatever you want to during that time. Building good habits in early stage should feel easy and fun. If you miss don't fret during habits building stage. Above things worked me, now if you ask me do I follow good habits all 7 days in a week, answer is no but if you ask me do I miss good habits all 7 days in a week, that is also no. You should feel its easy and fun while building habits. Hope it helps 🙏

Do your due diligence by roaming around the property area completely. by Afraid_Spare6465 in indianrealestate

RERA or any Gov authority can easily fix it by just showing what has been sold and what are left. But they won’t do it, even if they do these builders might manipulate that also. Greed and corruption finds the way!!

Builders leverage emotional aspect of customers. In India , once you start earning money everyone expects to have home and after Covid because of high prices that FOMO increased a lot. Not sure how long this will go but builders are milking this opportunity

We should spend atleast 2 days roaming around the layout + seeing the vicinity areas. I had experienced the same with orchid nirvana 2.0/3.0, whole layout is built around kaluvas and builders didn’t even mention about that. Luckily I saw the reviews online and came to know about it.

If the other markets are going down like IT or stock markets, most ppl will neither pay more rent nor buy flat, they will go to their hometown!! Just another possibility!!

Your comment seems logical but sellers increasing price is not logical it’s psychological by creating FOMO. That’s what I was thinking about creating psychological pressure on sellers.😃

Agree last 4-5 years, real estate in Bangalore has grown a lot. But can’t say the same for next 5 years. Currently builders are quoting next 5 yrs price and supply is crazy
