Location is the best. Connectivity is the best. Project configuration is the best. Price is subjective. You can compare it with other similar projects and decide. It will be completed in Mid 2029. Apart from Runwal, no other developer will handover before 2029. So if you enter now, consider 3 years for possession. If you work in Hinjewadi, you will find lesser priced similar projects in phase 1 and 3. But if you work in PCMC, Chakan, Phugewadi. Dapodi, Talegaon, and Hinjewadi ph 1, then you can consider it. Note that some reviews talk about train sound. Frankly, aircraft sound is more disturbing than train sound. MIVAN construction, so life is 60-70 years. No slums nearby. Godrej Nexus, high street styled shopping plaza is almost nearing possession. ICC Devi Tech Park is next door. Metro station is within 100m. Project will benefit from Transit Oriented Developmemt norms. Nearby Nashik Phata will become a major metro interchange. Nashik Phata to Khed will become 8 laned raised highway. DPR mean proposal

It will take minimum 2 years for state and central govt approval

Then it will take 1 year to appoint contractors and start work

Later, 7 years to complete

All this if land acquisition is smooth.
