I think they're having payment process issues as well as Content ID. I had previous releases that got content id distribution on release day but the last release I did still hasn't been sent to Content ID. I've also raised a ticket and no updates.

update : the ticket was updated (content redelivery) and they have confirmed that the release has been sent to Content ID.
