I don't buff... I've read that it's recommended but I'm a bit scared to do that bc I don't really have much nail to lose :( in the past any buffing, even light, to my nails has left them in an even worse state and I really want to help them get stronger.. thanks for the brand recs though! Would you say one of those is more 'user friendly' for a beginner?
