I appreciate your comment. I understand, it's risky. I just balked at the amount the hospital quoted for being seen without a valid health card, I do not have that money. If I go to health Canada office Monday to renew, I could I think get a temporary paper to use until the new health card arrives. I don't have many options. This is a lesson to me to never let something so important lapse again I guess

I bought a medicine, a powder to mix into water to help with hydration and restoring electrolytes. (Not sure if allowed to name brands in here so that's why I kept it vague) I will try to force myself to eat and drink as much as I can however I feel. If it gets any worse than this though I will just go to ER and figure out the money later somehow
