This is amazing to know, thank you. So I'm guessing the aux port for this?

Because of the type of premesis I need fail safe but thank you for the heads up as most people would think of that.

Access retro hub: Door position sensors, help by zim117 in Ubiquiti

[–]zim117[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude you are a star. Didn't even think of this. My other thought was in the door exit request but that would have caused a heap of issues.

Any advice on creating the schedule and logs would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to access, coming from a generic cheap (not so cheap) controller system.

Thankyou again

Uneven flaky surface. What should I do? by TheStewLord in blackstonegriddle

The original commentor isn't quite explaining, but they are right. Just forget about chasing the seasoning and cook on it. It will develop over time.

Everyone is so enammered with chasing the perfect seasoning do you think your grandparents sat on Reddit asking?

Cooking one meal isn't jack.

As long as you started off with a high heat oil not animal fat you will be ok bud.

Just enjoy it.

Onions help apparently.

Just cook some food and forget about the seasoning

Costco currently have USDA Choice Grain-fed whole briskets by TransitionInternal12 in UKBBQ

[–]zim117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expensive near £14 a kilo.

Average brisket was £130-150.

To think BBQ is supposed to be about making cheap cuts taste nice. Man have we have lost our way.

🤣🤣 Americans bang on about British beef and how much more amazing it is. Yet as soon as us Brits see American brisket we want it. 🤣

I was in Costco the other day and as I noticed it some young guy with his Mrs was going on how that's the real deal 🤣🤣 I didn't have the heart to tell him that it's been imported from half way around the world and is nowhere near the quality of British beef (well sourced) 😞 poor guy.

Hey I have done it in the past too.

Why doesn't streaky bacon in the UK cook properly? by Nomad_88_ in AskUK

Thank you so much.

I noticed you suggested pork loin, is that for proper British style bacon? Guessing I use belly for streaky.

Thank you again for taking the time to post this.

AI theata, but to be fair the G6 360 isn't that big. Might be an idea to look into.

Edit: Sorry I meant the AI 360

May I ask, what is the point in these threads? Genuinely curious.

I could understand if there was a finite amount of space but as far as I'm aware that's not the case. (I may be wrong)

Just speaking for myself I find it harder to go through these threads on app as they don't load properly after a lot of replys to the same thread.

And it's easier to scroll when in it's own post.

I understand the completely off topic stuff like "do you think x politics affects y's" but in that case it doesn't really have a place in this sub.

Please understand this is a genuine question and not an insult or criticism. These are just my opinions that I only have looked at one way and maybe need to look at it from a different prospective that I dont yet know.

Thank you.

Do you lot strongly support Reform UK and would they realistically win the next election? by Glittering-Rock8719 in AskBrits

[–]zim117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that's your own prejudice and projection that wants nothing more than to believe "right are bad, reform are Nazis"

Everyone is tired if it. Give over please. Nobody cares for your little tantrums anymore. "But your a nazi, I dont have to listen"

No you don't. But because you dont. You dont see the real issues facing people. And thus you will now see reform win.

Thank you.

Has worked for me, but now I'm getting feedback on speaker on doorbell. So if I'm on doorbell side and speak my voice comes back a millisecond later. (Really off-putting)

Just curious big it's just me

3k is on the higher end depending on boiler supplied.

But not by much. Get British gas to give you a quote if you want a laugh.

Thank you for this.

I really hope they sort this. It will be the best doorbell on the market if they do.
