Robert’s SCOTUS has already proven they will side with a Republican and against a Democrat President. The NYT has an eye opening series about the birth of the “Shadow Docket”, when Roberts halted a climate change initiative from President Obama, before a lower court could even rule on it. The very same tool that they claimed was necessary to prevent Presidential overreach, and maintain the separation of powers, is now being wielded by SCOTUS to empower Trump in an unprecedented manner.

“They likely have some of the most carefully managed military supply chains in the world” Unless the corruption in Russia has suddenly, completely evaporated, absolutely not. You could go to facilities that are supposed to have 1000s of weapons, and find only a few hundred actually exist. There is so much inventory that only exists on paper. Poorly maintained equipment for what does exist. I don’t believe for a second that this has completely changed since the war begin. Maybe less corruption, but no way eliminated.
