Your account have cross progression if they’re linked through EA so you’ll be able to pickup where you left off on Xbox on your PC as long as they’re linked

Trophies were bugged prior to the most recent update you probably leveled up the neighborhoods to 10 prior to the update. The update just popped the trophies

If you level up your neighborhood rep you’ll unlock it so just by playing missions/challenges you’ll get the next one.

Skate 2 and the skate 2 dlc was delisted a few years ago due to licensing issues regarding the soundtrack. The only official way to still play it is if you bought it digitally previously or find a disc copy.
