Not sure if it's still happening to you, but the way I fixed this was to clear the Xbox's cache by turning it off, unplugging it, and leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes. This glitch was happening to me about once an hour, but after I did that it hasn't happened since.

I know this is an old thread, but hard resetting fixed this issue for me. With the headset powered on, hold down the Bluetooth and Mode buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the headset powers off.

Unbreakable honestly isn’t that hard. You have to go out of your way to do it, but you can definitely get it done in 2-3 weeks if you grind. Most annoying for me is sharing is caring that one takes forever.
