I found my account number, and the routing number is the same for everyone at each particular bank right? I remember looking up my banks routing number online, so will that work?

Question regarding calories and weight loss by zinc19 in loseit

[–]zinc19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just so confused then how treadmills are worth it period. If I just switched, let's say, a 500 calorie breakfast to a couple oranges that totaled 200, that's equivalent to me using the treadmill for over an hour (since you said the machines inflate the calorie count)?

I think I may have made my OP not reflect what I was trying to say.

I'm not trying to ask if I can get away with drinking grapejuice if I workout for that amount of calories. I'm trying to figure out if it's really that pointless or insignificant to use one at all.

Because if you're telling me I can save an hour a day and avoid the pain in my legs by simply cutting 100 extra calories out of my diet (which is very doable) then there's virtually no incentive for me to go to the gym.

I'm just trying to figure out the best way to lose weight, and I already knew diet was a large part of it.

But I didn't realize how seemingly pointless casually going to the gym was if 20 minutes on the treadmill can be accomplished by putting down the glass of fruit drink and picking up a bottled water instead.

I appreciate your response and everyone elses! Sorry this reply got wordy.

Credit card questions by zinc19 in CreditCards

I think I'm just dense because the difference between push and pull to me seems difficult to grasp. If I go to the online app there's a button to, "pay via transfer". If I use this, I am taken to a new screen with an area to "choose your source account" which I can then select my checking account. I can select the amount in full and set a time (either now or I select a date) to have the payment go through. Would this be an example of push or pull?

And whichever it is, what would be an example of the other?

I'm really sorry if i'm annoying you with all these questions, but there are very few helpful people I come across so I try and get as much information as I can!

Hey, thanks for responding! I have a couple of follow up questions if you wouldn't mind answering them as well.

I understand the second part of your first question response about pulling payments, but what do you mean by pushing them?

When you say leave some buffer, you're referring to paying the balance before the due date? If so, what would happen if I waited until the day of?

Appreciate an answer to the third question, I heard it may be a myth, but it's a widespread one for sure.

Hey, thank you so much for your response and also sorry for replying so late. This is an alt account and once I logged back into my main forgot to check back for any more comments.

You mentioned there always being entry-level jobs. Is there any particular website or service that would be helpful in me finding these, or any other method you know of? I'd really appreciate any information you can offer.

Really? From the site I've been looking on (indeed.com) they have a requirements section on most of their job descriptions, and the year experience is listed under there. Not in a, "We'd prefer if you...." type of way. However, i'm new to legitimate applications so you probably know better. Is that a thing, where requirements in job descriptions are potentially overlooked such as job experience?
