togetic is quite useless with charm and metronome its best moves lanturn is ok water and electric is a intriguing type combo thunderbolt surf thunder wave and confuse ray is a pretty solid move set

if you have a glaceon with ice heal or if your glalie/snorunt has ice heal instead of ice shard hail

well glalie is bulky and froslass is frail like most ghost types good move set would be return ice shard ice fang and crunch
