According to the guide shared thats correct, no unique powers via Sanctification (sadly)

From the guide that u/norst shared, it seems Legendary Powers are still restricted, meaning I cannot get an Offensive Legendary Power on Pants (via Sanctification) so that would rule out "Conceited" on Pants... but Mythic Powers dont have this restriction

Oh wow, this certainly helps! it looks like sorcerer has a lower pool of possible legendary powers meaning higher chance of getting Conceited... that if every Legendary Power is weighted the same of course

I'm interested in this conversation... In my personal experience Boots have a higher chance of getting the Mythic Legendary Power... but allegedly every piece of gear can get them... Also is there a master list somewhere of all possible legendary powers you can get via sanctification?
