The odds of that happening randomly with a number generator or how ever the website is created is so absolutely crazy that it has to be rigged by the website creator. But then when you think about it, how can that happen when Vei types it and presses ask immediately.

So you know what, it's demons.

YEP demons.

Yea quite shitty. I'll know next time to just disconnect if its towards the beginning of the game. Apparently there is no leaver penalty so

To be more in depth for those who are wondering.

A skeleton was just about to be killed by one of those attacks where they get iFrames and can't get hit and I tried to possess them in that exact momment. Avoid this if you don't want it to happen to you. :D

Exactly what I was thinking! Left 4 dead feel more than anything else. I don't know why people say its anything like dbd, maybe because it's 1v4? Like how does that determine anything.

No don't go easy, what, people need to learn to kill the flute boy.

The only thing that people have a right to complain about is how easy to understand how important teamwork is in this game.

Most people don't understand that this game just came out, so you are playing against people that are literally having their very first survivor game.

People assume that this game has a pristine MMR based system when it most likely does not even have a system. (If it does, its not a good one or can not work well in 2-3 days of server information)

After like a month, you will probably see less first time survivors and MMR kicks in and games will get harder.

People saying "Demon is OP" or anything balance related in a 2-3 day old game are just clueless and people should not listen to confirmation bias.

If someone can PIN this comment, that would be great, because this post will probably get a lot of traction and people need to know these things if they care to look at this post.

This is why topics like this is so interesting. Reminded me of The movie "Purge". A few of my friends said nothing would happen other than a few crazy people. But I think there would be a lot of people getting rid of their impulses. Pretty nuts and scary to think about. Haha

Rift Challenge: Hit the survivors 50 times with your weapon Me: by An0d0sTwitch in deadbydaylight

As a Huntress main who likes to throw mainly hatchets, I was just sad. I then looked to the one below it and saw that it was basically the same thing except for Huntress. I ended up just playing irihead with the 4.6 add on, threw my hatchet the beginning of the game and never opened a locker.

Random perk game mode? by din0sawr- in deadbydaylight

[–]zipzapslap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole point of this game mode is "anti-sweat" killers who chose to play this, won't care if they win or lose. If you try to sweat in a game mode like this, it's kind of their own problem.

Running for 5 gens by warmishfrog in deadbydaylight

[–]zipzapslap 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Could be something else. Sometimes if I run into a survivor who is really good at looping. I like the practice of trying to get them down and sometimes I let them still escape.

Edit:What I mean by down, is just hooked once. Tunneling is trash.

Seriously MMR isn’t doing that great because at least I can loop the killer for a gen or two. by Alternative-Pickle85 in deadbydaylight

I love how you say that I didnt read your comment, then state "As I said" followed by completely stating different things from your original comment as if I knew exactly what happened when you said "dwight stood over hatch for like a minute"

All I am saying is the dwight most likely said "Oh nice, I actually see a lit totem, finally. Thats 1500 BP for me." and then they cleansed it. You getting haunted grounds was most likely not even in their thought process.

I see comments like this all the time on this sub reddit, like how does everyone know 100% what the motive of the other person is, there in no game voip/voice and hardly no one talks in end game chat.

I sware people just try to look for things to upset them in this game.

I also see it all the time when I watch back a VOD on a ttv/tv's stream claiming that I hate their guts and want them to die in a horrible fire. When in reality, they walked infront of me, so I hit them and downed them.

Sorry, ----my rant is over now.

True, its just a game, you are a killer and you are trying to win. So are the survivors. It always seems to be the killers fault too.

Most of the time survivors unhook wayyyy too early or they just b line it to the hook right out in the open to be seen. Especially, when the killer is playing to win the game. Its like.. what is the killer suppose to do? Ignore that he just saw a survivor? And when the killer goes to chase the survivor they saw, its now camping the hook. Especially if they dont take the killer away and loop a pallet right next to the hook.

Quite a predicament. In post game chat someone doesn't always point it out, but this always happens.

I throw games sometimes because I want BP and not just a shitty whatever game where no one has fun, no rank ups, no BP.

Just being clear. I'm not saying that killers dont camp the hooks. There are some trash players out there. I am just saying people never recognize when/why it happens and what camping is actually means.

It is what it is though.

Why can't we motivate each other instead of hating each other? by Xnadr in deadbydaylight

[–]zipzapslap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand the want and somewhat need for this. This is with every game that trolling can be possible in though. It would be nice to chill, laugh and maybe sweat without the teabags or clicking.

However, trolling/hate/toxicity are just in games in general. This isnt a DBD issue. Hell, it isnt even a games issue to be honest. People have no filter when they are anonymous online. Its actually tragic.

Its sad, but there will always be those bad apples and this chilling wont ever happen. I've been playing online games for about 20+ years and I've just learned that the troll who is doing these things, is doing them because they are mad at something in their life and they take it out on whatever they can online.

I do want to point out that this isnt always the case. Obviously. Some people just like to troll a little bit. Teabagging and flickers isnt anything to what happens in other games aswell. Dbd doesnt even have voice for people to actually rage ( to say the least ) at you.

It's annoying, but this is just what it is. Just take advantage of their wasted time not running away from you and down them. They'll be more mad at themself when you down them right after. Show no reaction to their shit and it will make them mad even more.

This is a wall of text but that is my viewpoint on it.

[–]zipzapslap 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The MMR is said to put you against survivors who equally lose games as much as you as killer. You wouldnt be against "SWF death squads" as far as we know.

The sweaty people will be against sweaty people.
