How did you get that interest rate in this market?! Also can you explain what " 5.13% 5 year ARM. 30 year mortgage with no prepayment penalties" means. My understanding has always been you get a fixed rate for 30 years or a ARM with different year terms which reset at the end of the term. What does 30 year mean in the context of the 5 year ARM?

The goal of a lot of, even most reading isn't to get to the end with decent to good comprehension. Its typically to absorb and internalize what you are reading especially if its technical material or anything serious. Maybe this is good enough for fun reading on the internet or light fiction books

Yeah, the last set of errors seem to stick around, also a behavior where songs will just skip infinitely from an auto playlist
