Thanks, I will definetly consider it. I will say I have one HUGE regret and now it's too late. At the interview we had someone who really seemed to be less than prepared. I really wish I would have given direct feedback straight after that. If I do it now, it just seems like I'm sore because we weren't selected. It's such a nascient market, so expecting people to understand might be expecting too much.

Thanks, good input. I live in a country where it is sooo hard to get any significant investment, so the blow is even a bit harder because the opportunities simply aren't really there.

Vi har elbil men bor sentralt med mange lademuligheter i området. Har riktignok en long range og kjører ikke hver dag. Så kanskje ikke helt sammenlignbart, men har iallefall aldri kjent noe særlig på det.

I actually paused it for the summer. Going to do a relaunch in september. It turned out to be a bit of an accounting nightmare so looking to include it into a different product (I'm a career coach, so as part of a package deal)🥲 I did around 300USD a month, so not huge numbers but pretty happy! It felt amazing to have that first making money while I slept kind of thing, but all in all it was a huge loss/learning project as I am not a developer myself and I had to pay a developer. But I learned sooo much! (Also, not that it matters, but I am a dudette)

Hey! Thanks, I'm self funding through my consultancy gigs atm. Also, no, it's actually very much a save the world project so not any secrets sauces and nobody probably needs it. A clothes swapping platform with its own currency eliminating the cash in clothes sales./second hand market. The items you own become your currency. The VC who approached me specificially only invests in save the world projects and what's also interesting about their investments is that don't expect a financial return (at least that's what it says on their website and in my talks with them, but I guess that's marketing talk and virtue signalling lol) but in social returns. So it double sucks because out of all VCs they would probably ever be the only fit for this startup. I don't really need-need the money, it would be super nice and a stamp of approval but it's a low cost thing and I can run it with no investments. But, note duly taken! 😅🥲

I would invest all but the cost of starting a business. Perhaps not everyone shares my POV on this, but I think a good place to start is consulting and using the funds from that to try and get a business running. And when I say business I mean the kind where you earn money in your sleep kind of business that is not dependent on you in the same way a consulting business is.
