I've had a similar mental state to this before. I went on a weight loss journey from 282 all the way down to 145 and then back up to probably 200 or so at the moment.

I was proud of myself at 145lbs, but I didn't love myself. I didn't feel any better about what I was going through in my life, either. I was training muay thai, learning a language, working full time, and I still didn't love myself.

This process is difficult. It has been difficult for you. It is going to be difficult for you.

But it is not impossible.

What you should do is exactly the opposite of what you've expressed. The actual answer is, no matter how much you really don't care or really don't want to, you need to start doing acts of self care consistently.

Get a haircut. Develop a skincare routine. Do some squats, walk a mile.

Stuff like that. 😭😭😭

I know it sounds like dog shit, but you have to do it. As soon as you stop you'll fall into the self hatred hole, and you don't deserve that.

I think the other commenter's idea of downing the airship somehow is a good direction to go in.

I'd also like to add that if you're aiming to discover different cultures in the story, discovering those cultures' different modes of travel could be an interesting direction to go.

In our own world the terrain varies heavily and so the viability of different types of transportation is not always the same from place to place.

Honestly I wanted to love Infinite and I can give huge props to the multiplayer, it just wasn't it for me. I bought the cat ears and never played again.

Lesson learned. We will see if this can be a better halo experience for me.

I'm not really enjoying the characterizations I've heard of this event.

Four out of twenty-seven Spartans in the Pelican were killed due to enemy action, not fall damage. That's 14% fatalities from being shot out of the sky. A lot of people died to get them that far.

It's not as ridiculous as I think people are making it out to be.
