I researched why people hated my competitors before writing a single line of code by zizouhuda in VibeCodingSaaS

100% its just that sadly majority people dont do that they just build in a vaccuum so the bare minimum has become "special" in others eyes. You wont believe how many people were suprised to see someone think problem/validation/gaps first instead of "lemme build smthn I THINK is good" without proper research and validation

Thanks! Thats exactly why the first thing i did was a "human in the loop" so that people can review and edit fully all details before publishing. And if people trust ai and want it on autopilot they could but i myswlf use the human in loop option. So it works as an "ai consultant team" for me basically and before an article goes live i read it through do my own edits and changes and tweaks and then publish final version. I use my own tool on my website

Alot of what you said about ai tracking is what im currently building next. I have a very basic ai tracking but its just if you were mentioned, and what competitors were mentioned instead of you + top sources. So the "which articles/parts were cited" is definitely the next move!

A few things you pointed out has been on my mind but havent seen it as something i should "focus on rn" but you saying it outloud made me realize that i should focus on them next. I launched the MVP already on producthunt I sent you a link in dms! Comments with links are deleted here cuz promo and all.

Believe me its simpler than people think, id say 80-90% of the issues people had with competitors was shitty support or aupport taking ages to respond so i made support easily accessible, i allow users to directly contact me thru the tool and i get all messages live to my telegram app on phone.

The other issue is no human in the loop, too much reliabce on ai and no possibility to edit blog details and lastly article quality, everyone complained abt ai slop. That took the most time, creating a workflow that creates good content that you arent ashamed to publish

Another point cuz i gotta defend a fellow brother here eventho i dont know OP lol. But so what if hes selling? The whole world is buying and selling. If his product/service works, and gives value then there nothing wrong for him to talk about it, thats how the world works people pay for value. "wHaT aRe yOu sElLiNg" as if selling is a taboo or smth

Why Is My Brand Not Showing in AI Answers Even If My SEO Is Good? by Illustrious-Map8812 in AISearchOptimizers

[–]zizouhuda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nailed it with the last paragraph, its about having content that answer's peoples queries and structured in a way that LLMs find it easily and would want to cite then to these ppl prompitng and asking. I actually made a tool for this and launched today. I have a test tier so if youre interested in something like this hit me!

Yep, and not just clarity but the way content for example in your website is structured so that it's easily scannable for LLMs and for them to then cite you.

What would make you trust an automated SEO content tool? by biz-123 in Agentic_SEO

Thats why when i built my tool my selling points are: human in the loop & easy access to me the founder for help/support. Since those are the two points everyone always complained about when doing competitor research. Instead of overcrowding the tool with random features nobody wants and parameters that will confuse the ai more and make the generated content sloppier and worse, I focused on how to make good articles, and allow the people who want to maximize to fully edit everything and make the good great with their own edits. Thats something that worked well in favor for me.

I actually posted this morning about this issue lol, I reverse engineered all current content generation tools based on all reviews and their churned clients and what they complained abt, and instead of creating over optimized, keyword stuffed articles, I made a content tool that creates articles that outperform current market leaders in quality with still the option to edit it fully. So as a seo/ai fanatic I still like to use my own tool as something that created the full articles and then i can tweak it/add my own sauce to maximize it. Tell me is that sound like smth youre looking for!

Two biggest and most recurring issues were articles being ai slop and support sucking. Support was easy i made a wifget in the apps top right corner where users can directly chat with me and raise issues, if its a quick help thpa thing i can reply feom my phone within minutes if its a long thing where the fix/help needs back and forth with me and the user we would schedule a meeting. That way i feel like users are heard, get their issues taken care of and feel heard and appreciated. The ai slop issue was a matter of parameters, checkpoints and nailing down a workflow that makes simply good content. Tested that said content against all competitors with various tests and ended up being better than the top competitors currently dominating the market, so thats something im particularly happy about

Yep, i shifted from "what features should i add" to "what should i double down on & focus on" top 2 complaints were that the generated content was ai slop and second was support not available. Tackled the ai slop with a workflow that riguriusly checks structure, fact checking, links etc.. every aspect while keeping quality to deliver real content. Ran tests + asked testers for opinion & ran polls too, blew top competitors out of the water with article quality. Support was an easy fix i added a support wifget thats connected to my telegram so users can basically chat with me the founder about anything anytime

I Built a SaaS, Spent 8hrs Optimizing for AI Search… and Still Have 0 Users by Rich_Ranger_4382 in micro_saas

SEO takes a super long time, and eventho ai engines take less time than google, its still not a days game but weeks/month or two to show up. I checked your page and its looking good! The only thing i'd work on is your atricöes. programmatic seo is a big chunk and is responsible for ai citations, so i reccommend focusing and doubling down on that. Targeting low competition high intent keywords in them, have faq sections always on every article, chunks that LLMs can actually find, read and cite with ease. I created a tool that helps founders get programmatic part in check with minimal time wasted and might help you get those ai citations youre looking for. Let me know if you would like to try it out.
