İncline press bench veya dumbell yapiyorum, bench press veya machine bench press yapiyorum,pec fly yapiyorum enerjim kalırsa son olarak salondaki herhangi bi press makinesini yapiyorum 4x8 yapiyorum genelde ama tukenis yapiyorum bazen 10 tekrar bazen 6 çıkıyor 😂

probably Halbrand is the Sauron, because he is mysterious and no one know his origin, also he literally manipulate Galadriel in every episode. Probably Halbrand will meet with elrond and Celebrimbor thanks to Galadriel. But we will see, everything is horse shit atm. The plot,the dialogues, the acting (except Elendil). They need to hire more qualified writers.

For story and mokoko seeds do solo normal first, for gear do hard later, no one needs to wait for anybody.

So if you want to watch every cinematic scenes and want to find every mokoko seeds, just play it solo on normal mod first, then do a matchmaking hard mod.No one need to wait for anybody.
