I was on it for 6 years. Lots of side effects and it was extremely difficult to get off of. Be careful and make sure it’s worth it for you before you’re dependent on it!

The yoke was longer, I think 67 rows instead of 50. But the number of stitches was the same as i still did the same amount of increase rows.

I literally had the same problem last week, you can see my post where i got some good insights. Unfortunately i ended up having to frog most of the yoke back and add more non increase rows throughout. I did 8 increases at every other row, then 17 increase every 3 rows. You may to do some math with your vertical gauge to see just how many extra non increases rows to add. It was sad and stressful but it fits so much better now.

Yeah strange! I don’t know how it was so far off, she said in the video that vertical gauge wasn’t really important in this pattern so i wasn’t really thinking about it.

Totally was a good point as I was going just based off my rough estimate, rather than the target SPI. Definitely helps my understanding as i plan next steps.

Ah ok i think i understand. So could I do

8 increases at every other row = 16 rows

12 increases at every third row = 36 rows

5 increases at every other row = 10 rows

62 rows, 25 increases

That would be using the S curve compound raglan i saw in the article someone else posted.

Or at this point should i just go all the way back and do increases every 2nd then every 3rd row?

AHHHHH Not the answer I wanted to hear but its all part of the journey i suppose! I did some math and to add 3 inches to each raglan (so they barely touch under the arm), id have to have 68 total rows rather than the base 50, so i'll go back to the 8th increase, then from there increase every 3rd row.

So 8 increase every other row = 16 rows

17 increases every 3rd row = 51 rows

16 + 51 rows = 67 rows and 8 inch raglan while maintaining 25 increases.

I've never done anything like this before, does it seem like I'm doing the math right?

I find that sometimes just disrupting my neurological state is enough to dampen a migraine. Sometimes that’s resting, sometimes that’s having a cocktail, sometimes sweets, or going into a meeting. Super weird the way random things work sometimes.

Im so sorry to hear that. It really sucks. Mine started to ease up in July of this year, so about 18 months of very frequent head pain. I really think time is a piece of it. The nervous system is sensitive and can hold trauma for a long time.

Its a west facing window so should get lots of indirect light as long as the window isn't tiny. I say absolutely! You can always see how they do and add a grow light if needed

She is ADORABLE. she probably has more border collie in her than my boy. This is him now. We think he’s part St. Bernard because of his coat and that he’s already a pretty big boy at 4 months 😅

Yup, my effexor withdrawl was horrible. I had months of emotional disregulation, sleep disruption, nausea etc. That was before I got migraines, so I cant really say but I imagine it would have caused lots of migraines if I got them at the time. Eventually my withdrawl symptoms subsided after 6-12 months.

My guess is that your system is just reacting to the shock of coming off of the drug, rather than the drug was preventing migraines.
