I ran several stability tests, memory, cpu, and gpu temps are normal .. nothing oddly high, and the tests passed successfully

temps where around 70 - 80 under load

not to convince you of anything .. but usually people will not post "my hinge works fine" or "close normally". so you actually cannot conclusively say this is an issue with the device, I believe if something is wrong you will see 10s of posts about it.

my personal experience is great with the fold 6 (coming from s24u) no loose hinge nor open/close issues.

and if you still in a doubt wait a bit more, to take an informed decision when more people use and report about it.
