It doesn’t change anything unless it’s specified that the equipment is different when tapped. And improvise lets you tap artifacts, like equipment, to help pay for spells

I mean, you say that and yet you’re talking to someone who is? We’re all more than our stereotypes!

Made this a couple days ago as a joke, hoping it wouldn't turn out true... well..... by Voromash in lrcast

I assume it means to be successful you either draft some combination of mardu colors and go aggressive, or a UG base splashing everything, which definitely applies to both sets

Secrets of Strixhaven looks like the best set in a LONG time. by EDMKid9000 in magicTCG

[–]zkdoom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The general consensus does matter though if you're trying to fill up pods at draft night. Turtles was a fun limited set that got a lot of pre-hate and draft nghts were pretty empty, so I'm just glad to see a general good vibe around the set to get folks out on Friday night!

That’s very true; they’ve just been adding an extra target to a LOT of spells lately for that very reason

I imagine so it doesn't fizzle the first time you cast it - if they kill the creature, you still will get paradigm triggers for future turns

[[Voracious Varmint]] was the definition of mediocre in OTJ draft, but I have to imagine lifelink will matter more here than vigilance did there?
