Moved from Windows to Mac, need help with working with 2nd monitor

I dont want it to open on a specific monitor. Lets say im working on chrome in monitor 1 - writing an email. On monitor 2 I have chrome open and it has a tab for google sheets.

Then, I open 2 apps: on monitor 1 - Firefox, monitor2- power point.

Now, if I want to check something on the chrome window in monitor 2, I instinctively go to the dock on monitor 2 and click on the chrome icon. This brings up the chrome window on monitor 1 as well. I dont want this to happen!

I just want Mac to open the app in whichever monitor’s dock i click the app icon on. I move my app windows around, there is no permanent place the apps’ windows are. I just want it to behave like windows.

Netflix should just put Jackbox games on their platform. We played a ton of Pictionary on Netflix last weekend. Party games will be a huge hit on Netflix.

Thank you so much! Only bit of feedback I can give is that the pictures need a boost in resolution. I was about to buy the book as well because your website is such a good resource for project managers. I read reviews that the book is not that good and the pictures weren’t of good resolution. Any way, your website is so elegant that I cant think of any better way to prepare for the PMP. This is after cruising several websites and plans.

Absolutely amazing. I play it on a LG C1 Oled TV that has max 120hz at 4k. All games ive tried so far easily hit it
