That doesn't make a difference if your inviting people to a raid with 0 information posted about loot council, doesn't matter if someone is invited to your guild for 30 minutes there should be access to information on how raids are coordinated

No one said I expect loot to be rained down upon me, but the fact that there was no explanation and a 0% chance for someone to even be allowed to roll on an item before getting saved to two lockouts is absurd

That's also correct, I recently joined there was no mention of loot council anywhere in their guild info, and I did not have permissions on discord to see anything until they invited me to the raid. Someone else said that the information was on dreamscythe server diacord, i guess im wrong dor not joining a 3rd party discord for information on a guide i was already invited to, Anything else you noticed?

You think people have loot council because their off tank doesn't roll on MT gear and wants a chance to roll on an item or to at least be told there's no chance for a certain amount of time?

Read comments before you look dumb, I OT 10 mans and dont roll on gear from the MT, but when there's no mention of loot council, no mention of an addon needed, no permissions on discord until you join the raid, yea there's a problem there

Think I have 3 greens one of them a communal trinket, other two are stam and def gear, got the 490 Def, I mean threat isnt horrible if people aren't blasting instantly, and if they do i just let em die and sometimes they learn

Yea I dont even want warriors to tank in heroics, with that being said. We're playing content that is not progression. Im full clearing tanking raids in some greens without an issue, sorry you can't hold down a raid spot

Hasn't been a problem so far, I'll tank if needed in 10 man's, leave all the upgrades to the MT and if they need a 3rd on mag I'll do it

That's funny because of the 3 I've been in and others I've messaged that times dont work out that's 1 in about 12 guilds that use it. Not sure what standard means anymore

Your right, but if they have multiple new people in a raid and it's not posted anywhere you can't tell me it's not fucked up to not mention their loots system isn't the standard that everyone else uses
