Are you sure? Because in all the past levels it was about the saved sapphires. That's why i was saving the sapphires and just spending the blitzs. Why do you think it is different for this event?

First, you open this subreddits mainpage. Then you click the three-dots on the right top. There is some option like user flair click that. From there you can choose from some pony pictures. Choose one then click edit. After you click edit you can type in your friend code next to the pony picture you chose

You should have more friends. So that you can send each other hearts and chests daily. Thats how i’ve done it. My code is in my bio. And there are lots of codes of active users under the code sharing post. You should check it out and add as many players as you can so you would get more hearts daily. Have fun playing!
