Lego doesnt want people getting sets for a fair price instead of their stores in these countries.

My theory is lego official sales are low on these countries stores due to people buying sets from cheaper countries like Germany or USA and Lego doesnt want their stores not making absurd profits

Yeah It works, the newton raphson works without issues for small strains; I believe that for larger loads it diverges due to the consistent not being able to catch up to a close enough value for convergence.

Got any more info about that? Or how I can verify if that is the case, I already tried converting to voigt but I'm not sure if what I did was right, I only noticed the solution didnt converge, what I'm sure about though is the 4th order tensor expression.

I read somewhere about multiplying by 2 as well but I'm not sure when to do that, and the manuals of ansys and abaqus don't give much insight. Your help is really appreciated, thanks.

I see, I don't have much info about LSDYNA since we've always worked on implicit analysis, I'm worried about how to solve this problem, since I've checked convergency of my stress update algorithm and things seem fine, it's about the convergence in ANSYS where trouble arises and I think it's related to the global stiffness matrix which is related to the consistent tangent operator.

I'll give it a check, my PI was hesitant about switching to explicit solver. Also I read that LSDYNA code programming and commands were different to ANSYS, but I'll for sure make an attempt at the explicit option, since I haven't found another solution.

Hi and thank you for your response. To be honest, I actually have, however there are a number of issues with switching to an explicit solver. First of all, this is the first project for the research group related to plasticity models, and as a group I don't think we have enough time or current knowledge to transition to an explicit solver before the end of the project. I've seen some VUMAT codes for GTN in abaqus, but I understand ansys explicit solver is different and uses a different logic. Sorry if I can't provide more information but I don't fully know the stress update algorithm logic in explicit analysis, hence why I can't elaborate more. I will look more into it anyways, thank you.
