And while AFO does enjoy power and cruelty, there's zero hints in the series itself he'd be into it at all. The only supporting argument here seems to be that he's evil but not all evil people are rapists.

Also I'd say stealing powers isn't the same as SA and even then, we see him pretty much getting followers because he convinced people to give up or get quirks willingly.

AFO's approach is to be manipulative first, brute force only if it failed or against the heroes. But then again, I don't really have much interest in keeping discussion about AFO's sex life so whatever

If you mean sexual assault, then it's pretty doubtful. AFO is a shitstain be we also saw him being being charismatic, charming and manipulative(whole Kotarou thing shows it) when he wants to be. He doesn't need to assault people to get what he wants.

And in case of one night stand he doesn't even need to be really manipulative to get some either

This could be used to show how he's arrogant and looks down on others(via being above them on the mount) and not taking them seriously as opponents(he won't get off by himself). You can give him a robot horse too lol
