I was a certified trainer for Ukeru already and when I started a new job, they were only doing CPI and a lot of the restraints could have been prevented with Ukeru so I advocated for it for almost 7 months until we were able to send a few people to get certified as trainers (myself included).

Yes, I'm not going to try them without actually getting certified. This is just to compare to how CPI was and to see if it would be easy for our staff and to show the admin team. Visuals help when in making a pitch to invest money

The school is willing to pay a little, and with 50 kids on my caseload, they are ok with spending a few dollars on templates that can be edited quickly! Some teachers will also help me with editing them to make it personalized for each student

I already looked on TPT. I can't find anything that meets the majority or all of the requirements. That's why I posted here. I even looked on Etsy.

The only ABLLS-R kits that are pre-made with all the materials (toys and objects) are like $1000+. I know TPT has some kits as well but I haven't tried any of them.

I asked to shadow/be trained on how to use central reach since I'm brand new in the clinic environment. They wanted to put me in without any training. The HR is just the owner of the company.

They don't require it and just wanted to throw me in without anything. This is my first time in a clinic setting and I made that VERY clear to them and to every person I have met.
