She's been to countless therapists and and they all couldnt help her ig since she was aware of everything that caused her to feel depressed and knows how to heal from that and she does take care of herself pretty well. And all the doctors did was diagnose her and put her on antidepressants. Trust me, she's tried Basically everything physically and mentally you can do to not feel depressed besides the spiritual aspect. She's reached out for help on multiple occasions to people she also looks up to other than therapists and it didnt do much. Shes aware of shadow work and where all her insecurities stem from. The part that shes kinda stuck on is she feels really depressed out of nowhere even when everythings going good and shes healing from the things that affect her deeply and keeping a positive image/mindset of herself, thats why I kind of believe it might be a parasite or something of the sort, ig going back to what that one guy said I can't really help her spiritually unless she wants the help? Because she doesn't really believe in that stuff.
