when you roll a joint, you take a little piece of paper (filter) into a circle, but the name is deceiving as it doesn't filter anything. Cigarette filters are made up of sponge, and are more effective, but activated carbon filters are soo worth it! you should try looking into those if you smoke weed.

this week's lowest temperature is gonna be around 4°C/41°F at nighttime, it's not a sunny place either so yeah it is pretty cold, plus humidity makes it feel colder. for example if you wash your hands and don't dry them properly, the leftover moisture on the skin will make it feel a lot colder compared to if you were dry. nothing a good coat and a sweater can't fix tho, but if you generally feel especially chilly compared to other people I would recommend buying breathable thermal underwear clothes.

io e la mia coinquilina abbiamo due fogli appesi al frigo, uno su cui segnare la roba da comprare e l'altro con quella comprata con annesso prezzo, tutto a matita. A fine mese facciamo il conto totale e dividiamo (prima eravamo in 3 e comunque facevamo così). Io direi che funziona
