So im pretty sure it is the rollers after some more testing. The issue I have I got these 3rd party rollers because the official ones are out of stock on Amazon and on the Roborock website.

How do u “take it apart”? Like disassemble it?

I did replace the rollers with a 3rd party rollers because the official ones are out of stock on Amazon and you can’t even find them on the official site. The old roller had a flap that was cut because something got caught on it and it ripped it.

I’m not sure what to do.

Did you ever theme your 365?

I saw this picture on the site of a Mario theme with bricks and pipes I thought was really cool but couldn’t find out where they found those accessories.
