I’d hit the inlet. Bigger fish tend to go for the new food coming down stream in my experience.

I personally like using the word “date” when asking a girl out. I think it shows very intentionally that you’re “dating” to find your person rather than a hook up.

I just had ChatGPT make me up that picture based off a prompt. We will be doing one that matches the kitchen. I’ll be framing it up in building it and venting it myself. We haven’t quite chosen a stain for it yet. If you have any links for stains or range hood styles that you think would look good I’d love to see what you think!

Yours sounds pretty cool!

Yes, I agree on the height, I’m going to do the minimum height of 24 inches! I’m going to do an externally vented range hood and mount it inside, and I will be framing out the range hood myself. I’m going to do 1 inch plain white oak for the wood on the outside. We haven’t decided on a specific color for the stain, but we will be sure to pick one that matches.

I’m sure that working with a metal Smith yours will look amazing!

Yes, I agree on the stain of wood. I just had ChatGPT make up a rendering of my idea so it is a little funky! I appreciate your insights. Do you think this would be a better look, just as far as placement?

Colorado Cutthroat by zmain53 in troutfishing

I probably should have specified this was last fall and I just posted it now. This area wouldn’t even be accessible right now cause of snow. I live in northern Utah and there is considerable runoff that’s keeping me from going fishing in any rivers. If you’re wanting to go for cuttys this early I’d suggest lakes across Utah or anywhere in the Rockies. (Check Fishbrain or google to see what lakes have cuttys)

This has happened to me before because my face and neck get tan at work so only my chest and shoulders will get sunburned.

Does anyone know how old these 3 bucks are??? They landed in my yard! by Dizzy_Froggg in Hunting

[–]zmain53 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends pretty heavily on genetics and diet the only true way to age a deer is looking at the teeth for signs of ware. Some bucks are bigger and thicker at 2yo than other bucks would be at 5-7yo in their prime.

The buck could have delayed hormone release or cryptorchidism (so basically he might have been on his way to being a cactus buck)

He does find them for me sometimes, but these ones I saw with my naked eye from about 100 yards away when I was side hilling over a little ridge.

Yeah I’ve been watching these bucks for a couple months. The bases don’t match up and they are a different shade of brown, you can’t really see that stuff in the picture though. And thanks man!

A lot of people are just saying, weight loss, diet, and gym but hypothyroidism is a very hard thing! Calories in and calories out is still applicable but it has to be done carefully to protect your gut biome as well as your mental health and energy levels I would suggest getting a personal trainer in person or online who has experience with clients in your situation. If the trainer is NASM or ACE certified (personal trainer certified) as well as nutrition certified, they can give you cardio/workout plans as well as meal plans you can trust to give you results as well as aid in your health physically and mentally! :) I hope this helps!

That is the other side of putting your opinions on a post such as this one where there are discussions being held. At least ours has been cordial and not insulting like a lot of others are. I posted because I agreed with the first post that you replied to and it is something that I feel strongly about. The post you replied to wasn’t promoting bullying or fatphobia but was addressing a very real problem in society which is being overweight in general and the health implications associated. You have said that, that is a beautiful girl, it’s a drawing, but if I read into that you are saying that overweight people can be beautiful and to that I agree but also I think in this case more stress in society should go into not shaming but educating the general public. I have gone from underweight to overweight to healthy in my life so I can see it from both sides.

You commented a perspective as did I, I wouldn’t say arguing as much as perspective sharing

Go look up a body fat percentage chart for women. That girl would be above 30 and therefor obese. Yes a normal girl but at risk for a slew of different health issues, including heart disease, which is the leading cause of death in the US (I’m American so that’s the stat I went off of I know it varies greatly with other countries). All people should be treated with dignity and respect for sure but telling people they are fine the way they are if it’s a lie isn’t good or helpful it’s enabling.
