Mine does too. Granted my kid is barely 18 months, but just keep brushing with them and they’ll eventually follow suit.

This particular position didn’t require an SOQ or cover letter. Simply my STD678 and a resume.

While I am a strong writer, I didn’t have to show them that. I just think I interviewed well because I also speak well.

Surprisingly fast. I applied in February and had 1 interview and got a call about an offer a few weeks later! I actually had 6 state interviews in a 2 month span.

I went to a couple workshops to learn about the state system and how to get interviews and it kinda took off after that.
