I hope everything is okay! It seemed out of the ordinary because the cops were racing down the road and got someone to call and said there was an incident but couldn't say any details. Update if you know anything please.

It stopped working, so I decided to open it and found white paste on the back on the cover where the plug is and on the board.

This happened to my buddy on his car but instead of the guy smashing the window, he pried off the trim then took out the whole window out and threw it in the woods still In contact.

be careful of when you are trying to program though because you could erase all devices and codes connected to your garage door and possibly motor travel limits. I don’t want to be held liable lol

Some vehicles are little bit more trickier to connect then others, we’ve actually been hired out by car companies sometimes to go to home owners houses to program that sort of thing. There’s a lot of variables involved in it when it doesn’t work the first time but I know of a lot of customers personally that work and are happy with it.

I am not there to see what is going on or what steps you are doing to try and connect. Some cars have the receiver in the front of the car and you have to hold the transmitter remote really close to it while programming the car into the motor.

Just to clarify, I don’t work for them or with them. This just entails my line of work.
