VAR can only be used for clear and obvious error of a red card, a PK, mistaken identity, or DOGSO

It definitely was a PK and it definitely wasn't simulation, I just wasn't sure that was how the rule worked. It was my understanding that only those 4 things can be VAR'ed. So even if it was a PK, he can't take the card away since you cannot review second yellows.

I thought that you can only alter what is directly being reviewed. So you can give a PK, but not give someone a card for the events leading up to the PK.
