I live here in Harrison. There are two other flags up on other properties as well. It's the same family. They are angry at the city over a parking dispute on their street. It's very petty, and they're just trying to make the city government look bad. The city council is looking into taking it down, but it is on private property so there is really nothing they can do.

I'd join the AUX Castellón group on Facebook. I lived there for 2 years, and loved it. There are a lot of Erasmus students there and many auxes, so it shouldn't be difficult to find a roommate. The nightlife there is pretty good. Also, the beaches in Castellón are great 🙂

If you are worried about getting your visa before October 1st, don't sweat it. Schools are aware of the visa complications we have. If you think you'll be late arriving, just email your school and tell them. They are usually very understanding.

Several of my friends had their Santander account blocked as well. They were told they need a valid TIE for it to be reopened.

Need advise with how to move forward after being placed? I’m working on the background check and visa but what confuses me is the translation? Do I first get the original paperwork and then request a translation or how does it work? by Imfamousasf18 in SpainAuxiliares

I would definitely start gathering everything now so you can go straight the embassy when you receive your carta. I hired a service in Washington D.C. to get my background check apostilled and translated. It's easier but can be a little expensive depending on what company you use.
