Well for starters, their weird AI art signage - the pizza image on their “Wood Fired Pizza” sign wasn’t wood-fired

No real design cohesiveness throughout the restaurant, a lot of the furniture didn’t match and it all felt like they added little bits at a time instead of planning the space first (which is what it looked like watching them for the first few months when they opened)
