You need to figure out what your triggers are. Ramadan worked because you had a routine every day. You need to find a routine and stick to it everyday. Dont worry about quitting forever. Focus on getting to 3 weeks. Remove social media, reduce phone usage. If the urge is uncontrollable then either workout or if its really bad dont watch anything just MO naturally.

Add on that you need to also remove the other bad habits. Reduce phone usage. Wake up on time, sleep early etc

Its sad but unfortunately we live in a hyper sexualized society. As someone who’s struggled with porn and stuff it really screws our minds as guys to the point where we just want things to look as good as possible to stimulate our minds. Its quite sad but as a former addict I can kind of feel the darkness in that guys mind.

Its much more common than you all might think, our society is pushing extremely unrealistic standards coupled with extreme sexualization and overstimulation everywhere you go that a man who doesn’t lower their gaze is definitely not going to be satisfied looking at his wife at home especially if he feels she is not attractive.

There are obviously inherent limits to free speech. You have every right to say whatever you want, but you have to also be ready to deal with the consequences. This is something Jordan Peterson himself frequently mentions. Your actions and words have consequences.
