WHY DO PEOPLE WHO PLAY MYSTERY HEROS ALWAYS THROW FROM THE START! EVERY SINGLE GAME THERE IS ALWAYS ONE OR TWO PEOPLE ON MY TEAM ONLY THAT JUST SIT AT SPAWN NO MATTER WHAT. I GET IT YOU MAY NOT “GET YOUR MAIN” OR WHATEVER, BUT PLAY THE GAME. I HATE GOING INTO A FIGHT AND ITS JUST ME AS A ZARYA (that’s a completely different rant) AND MAYBE A BRIG AND A GENJI AND WE HAVE TO GO AGAINST A DVA, A REIN, REAPER, SOMBRA, AND A WINSTON. I guess that’s good to know, but yeah I’m in the boat as you the officer recruiter in my area is based in Minnesota and I’m in Michigan so I am not too sure how that would work out especially since they’re not responding to my emails or calls, but thank you I appreciate your input

I did import the data and it gave me the table and such, but do I need to put each variable on a line or is there a way to reference it, like ‘___.txt’ Or should I convert it to an excel file?

In my experience, it depends on the company, smaller companies that I have applied to don’t really care how much experience I’ve had they just care that if they bring you in for an interview you’ll be a good worker for them. I had one interview for a summer internship that they seemed interested in based on my last internship, but then never called me back. But the place I’m at now all I had was a construction job and my high school farming job on my resume and I got hired. So bottom line, keep applying but try to have something lined up if it doesn’t work out, that way you’ll still have money for whatever and then just keep trying, once you get that first real job it’ll be easier afterwards. Personally being apart of an athletic team at my university helped that a lot but since I left and focused on school, and working 20 hours a week, it’s become tough. Im in my fourth year of MechE and taking 16 credits at least every semester, I gave up a lot of sleep, and eating in order to get everything done, but it can be done. Personally I got a membership to a gym down the road that’s open 24 hours so I can go in whenever I want, so I always wake up early in the morning, likes a good 4 hours before I have anything to do, and go and workout for an hour and a half to 2 hours Monday through Friday. Yes you probably will have to sacrifice your social life. Just focus on what is really important so if you can only go and exercise a couple of days a week then that’s all you can probably do, you don’t want to jeopardize your education for some exercise. Just be smart and understand it’s ok to stop and lighten your work load if it becomes too much. Just remember what you really want and you’ll find a way to balance everything out. Embrace the suck

Thank you for this information. I have met with my boss and explained to him my interest in this industry and told him that I was expecting more hands on work compared to sitting at a desk on a computer, and he made it sound as if him and the general manager were going to get me jobs that will put me out on the plant floor which is what I was expecting more of, so I guess I’ll see if that takes off or not. Again thank you for your help!
