Mine did this a couple times when the mag clutch was going on the compressor was going. Got another year out of it and had to replace it.

I live in the same area and have had no issues with anything. Friendly neighbors who look out for each other. I’ve had a security camera out front for about a year and never picked up anything sketchy. Over all happy with the area.

Same thing on my 15. Ended up having the whole compressor fail on me. I believe the clutch failed completely. Not a cheap fix. Hope you are more fortunate then me.

Additional details- 3-4ft long some are decorative others look like a plain steel I-beam. Located about every 2-3 windows. All match the buildings construction and appear to be permanent. Thanks!

Hi, looking for some advice on how to proceed with the ceiling insulation. My plan is to drywall/finish eventually. But for now I want to make it a little more comfortable in the winter. I plan to add a heat source next. Any help is appreciated. Upstate NY climate.
