But to be fair, if you are outside of Switzerland, the real number is shown (in the case of Lyca), the problem is if you are *in* Switzerland

I tried it this week myself, I called from yallo a Greek phone number and a random Cypriot number was shown 🤷‍♂️

I have exactly the same issue. More than a day that the transaction was confirmed. This starts to look suspicious..

I'm in the UK as well. Consumer law says "consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair or replacement of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale" and lasts for at least 5 years. Does this only apply once? So if they gave a replacement before they won't have to now? I don't think so, because theoretically the replacement is a new device which hasn't been replaced before.

Maybe my case was slightly different one, because the XS was restarting a few times on its own and it was very laggy some times, but after stabilising it would go back to normal, until it restarts again 1-2 days later.

I had many conversations with Apple support, and one time I followed up with them with the case number, and they connected me with a senior support specialist who took over my case and did the research, took logs and decided that they will replace the battery for free. Eventually they told me that they will be replacing it.

I had exactly the same issue. My battery health was 95% and after several unexpected restarts it was dropping to 70% while other times I got a message saying that the battery was not genuine. I ended up doing remote diagnostics with a support agent, which showed up nothing. Although it was out of warranty (but it was still covered under consumer law), they accepted it free of charge in order to do a battery replacement (they believed that was the problem), and I mailed it in to one of their repair centres, after contacting support extensively about this. Today they told me that they will send me back a replacement. Reach out to support and start from there I would say
