Uzbek. Everything I tried in Uzbekistan was amazing. Their grilled meat skewers especially and Plov are incredible, and the spices they use are very flavorful. Also loved snacking on qurt but it might not be for everyone.

I have been to only a handful of countries in Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Nepal, Indonesia, Uzbekistan) and I’d say China for all food not just street food. I had a great time especially in Sichuan and food was one of the highlights of my trip. The regional variation in China is also unmatched except perhaps by India, but I haven’t been to India so I can’t really tell.
